Good pics Howard, and a good turn out considering the conditions.
Hope everyone is dried out ok.

Yep - I got home OK - no excitement or scares to report .... even stayed dry!
Lightweight (Aldi) waterproofs over the top of my leaky textile kit did the job a treat - and my newish Aprilia gloves were excellent!
Given that every time I take the Falco for a jouney of any distance it pisses down, I'm glad to have cracked this waterproofing!
Perhaps we should arrange a rideout in the south-east for July/August to end the water shortage that they're bound to have by then!
Anyway, good to put a few more faces to names and glad Howard has posted some proof that we actually got there. 7 Falcos on a day like today is pretty good!

Oh, I envy you so much (perhaps apart from the duke

). Whose is the black/red Falco with Blue Flames? Looks great with those indicators.

Yep you put us all to shame those of us who couldn't make the trip.
I thought of you all whilst I was taking in to my Sunday lunch
I even felt a little guilty watching the torrent of rain coming down my patio windows.
Guess you can call yourselves real bikers in the time honored tradition, barking mad

Was wondering how you got on as I was sitting looking out at the stair rods known as rain about these parts.
I had to work all day but on the upside it gives me a few more spondoolies to spend on the bike
I will get to meet some of yas at some point.

If it carries on like it is, you'll not need bikes but boats, lots of flooded places in the SE

.... and you'll still have a hosepipe ban by mid-summer
I expect they're preparing the "wrong sort of rain" excuse as we speak ....

Unlikely, we've got permission for a bore hole
