Norfolk 2010 ... 24/25/26 Sept.

#1 Post by Samray » Wed Jun 16, 2010 3:24 pm

Site is now booked and location details can be found in last years thread. https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=5132&start=0

Aladinsane will be playing a big part in organising this years event but details won't change a lot, except for the better. :smt003

As usual I'll try to keep the first post here updated with Yay's, Nay's and May's.

Excellent :smt023

So this year the barn will be renamed "The Ward"

It will be fitted out with beds that go up and down.

Jadaris will be assigned to do the rounds every hour on the hour.

Drinks will be served intravenously

There will be less pressure on the loo thanks to Aladin and Jadaris' mobile bed-pan and colostomy service

Parking fees will be introduced at some astronomical rate

If I can get at least six guaranteed bikes booked in, I'll come up in the van and work my magic on them.

Are the catering arrangements as described in the link above? Any need to bring cooking gear?

Yep, catering arrangements should be as usual. Not doing the shopping myself this year but can't imagine the cost being too different.
Not got together with Aladin yet but we must spill a pint or two sometime soon and finalise arrangements.. :smt003

we better meet up soon sam - or are you heading to the august meet as well??

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Be cool if you could mate. I'm 95% certain I'll be able to make this one. :smt004
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Sadly, not me this year.
