IMPORTANT - conti tyre recall

#1 Post by Falcopops » Mon Aug 25, 2014 2:50 pm

I just found out about this at the weekend at my conti supplier has confirmed it. Front tyres are being recalled and a new for old is being provided.

Although my tyre is one of the batch it shows no sign of issues and I was ragging the crap out of it a couple of weekends back, so don't panic.

The following link is what I found with a quick google.

My supplier has just offered me a new evo front that I'm keet to try.

and here it is straight from the horses mouth

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Yes I saw this a few weeks ago from a number of sources. Sorry I didn't post it up - I just thought that it had been so widely reported that everyone would have seen it.
I'll give myself a slap on the wrist and note to report better in future.

Just because you are married, there's no excuse for neglecting dental hygiene
